 Ours is an organization where we think differently, where each of us plays equally important roles

 

Team members and team leaders take on responsibilities that interlock cohesively with one another. No function or individual
is more vital than any other and the significance of teams can change depending on time and context.

There is no fixed top or bottom, which is why our organisational
chart does not follow a conventional 2-D hierarchical structure.
In place of this, we use a 3-D global construct which is free to
rotate, to move forward, and gather momentum.

This unique structure, where each team fits together to
complete the organisation, forms an integral part of our culture
and work environment.
