Recruitment is a two-way process at Polygenta. It is an opportunity for you to discover whether Polygenta is the place you want to be, as much as it is our chance to see whether you’d be right for us

You can apply to us by sending your CV (one or two pages). From there your application will be considered by our Performance Enablement Team alongside relevant Team Leaders.

We offer a diverse array of opportunities and therefore we have designed our selection processes around different types of roles, whilst maintaining key principles. For example, all interviews will be competency-based and we’ll try to keep the process to two stages, however some appointments may require additional interviews and possibly psychometric evaluations and/or aptitude tests. Preparation is not required and we always consider carefully whether tests are necessary.

You may also be asked to make a presentation, take part in a group discussion or work on a case study.In addition, you’ll get an opportunity to meet the team and see your potential work environment. Naturally, your recruitment contact will be happy to describe the exact selection process for your role.
